Hard-wearing wire cup brushes, suitable for ultra-heavy duty, aggressive cleaning of large surface areas
The robust brush base (or cup) is manufactured from high-grade steel, ensuring a long service life
The brush fill is made from 0.50mm diameter, high tensile steel wire, with left-hand twist knots. These are designed to ‘hold their shape’ and not untangle, which enables easy-to-control, fast surface cleaning
These brushes have a steel bridle or ‘ring’ around them, which has two functions: to hold the twisted-wire in place and minimise any centrifugal-splay when in use, as the brush wears-down, the bridle can be ‘hammered-off’' exposing a further 20mm+ of twisted wire, greatly extending the service life
Manufactured on fully-automated machinery, these brushes provide concentric, well-balanced running, for operator comfort and minimal hand-arm vibration
Twist knot brushes provide a high-impact brushing action and are suitable for cleaning large surface areas of steel, masonry and woodwork
Ideal for removing burrs, rust, slag, heavy scale, paint and concrete waste
For Professional use on hand-held angle grinders
The brush back-end thread fits directly onto the grinder spindle
